SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. The Ministry of Public Health confirmed that deaths from coronavirus in the country already total 51 deaths, while the number of confirmed cases rose to 1109 for a total of 208 new cases compared to Monday.
According to the Minister of Public Health, Rafael Sánchez Cárdenas, of the total of positive cases, there are 127 people in hospital isolation and 926 in home confinement.
Reading the bulletin number 12 of the Ministry of Public Health, the official revealed that five people have been discharged.
